Goodbye Summer, Hello Autumn.
See-ya summer. If you can call it a summer? I think us British folk need to accept that we no longer have 'normal' summers. But this isn't a weather blog so enough about that.
We've had a busy few months shooting a lot of video as well as easing in our new identity. Naturally it's been a case of making sure everything switches over seemlessly, and even though you might try hard to make it that way, there are always teething problems, which has been the case with our web address and team email address'. New clients through the door
Since the release of our two high profile videos 'Fed To The Ocean' by The Ghost Of A Thousand, and, 'Mr Red Eye' by Feed The Rhino, we've been bombarded with emails from various new clients asking us to shoot videos for them. This has been great and we've risen to the challenge and provided some original ideas which have gone down extremely well with fans. You'll see some of them in our next website video update.
Foxy Shazam
Warner Records USA and Foxy Shazam loved Ryan's last batch of videos so much they wanted more. In August Ryan headed out for a week period with the band, shooting some more web based content that will soon be released.
Crime In Stereo
If you're not aware, due to personal reasons, Crime In Stereo have now disbanded. The band remain the absolute best of friends. This meant we were left with a batch of footage for the planned Euro documentary, but no enough to complete it. Therefore we edited up a final short documentary video for the band to use to say farewell to their fans. Well, we never expected it to be as popular as it was. After just one week the video's total singular web hits amounted to well over TEN THOUSAND!
This was one of the best responses we could of ever hoped for. It also stands testament to the fact that no matter what we shoot, we always carry the principals of absolute high quality. Ten thousand views is what some videos take over a year to achieve, and we're very proud to have created a piece of work that many are hailing as 'one of the greatest ways a band could ever break up'. CANON 7D
Added to our ever increasing arsenal of equipment is the mighty CANON 7D. The camera boasts some of the highest quality 1080p footage on the market outside of it's larger HD brothers like the RED ONE (coming in at around £20,000+). Over the next few months we'll be building some pretty serious shooting rigs for both documentary and studio shooting so watch this space.
